Payment & Refund Policy

We accept the following payment methods:

All payments are securely processed through the Stripe platform.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Custom-designed or personalized leather wall art, as these items are made specifically to order
To Complete Your Return:
Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly.
Partial Refunds (if applicable):
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Custom Orders:
Custom wall art pieces made to your specifications are non-refundable, as they are personalized to meet your individual requirements.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@er56design.com.
Sale Items (if applicable):
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@er56design.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For items over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
