If you choose to incorporate specific logos or trademarks into a custom order, you acknowledge and agree that you bear sole responsibility for the use of such logos or trademarks. By placing an order with a logo, you confirm you have the necessary authorization to use it. ER56 Design will not assume responsibility for trademark infringements or any legal disputes arising from using such logos on custom wall art.
